Responsibilities:
•Establish methods to meet work schedules
•Requisitions food and kitchen supplies
•Supervises and co-ordinates activities of staffs who prepare and portion food
•Trains staffs in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
•Estimates ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
•Ensures that food and service meet quality control standards
•Prepares budget and costs estimates
•Addresses customers' complaints or concerns
•Maintains records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•Prepares and submits reports
•Prepares food order summaries for chef Supervision and checks assembly of trays
•Supervises and check delivery of food trolleys
•Establish work schedules Supervision
