Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Developer to join our team at Dynamic Health Staff. As a Human Resource Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals. This is a full-time position based in Mifa, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee training needs.
  • Lead performance management initiatives and provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the region.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes as needed.
