Lead a team of expert architects to fulfill their success metrics by maintaining and enabling them with all necessary tools. Successfully lead technical discovery sessions and create technical and business solution proposals. Develop and maintain relationships within Tier 1 clients. Work with the wider Customer Success team to generate and execute strategic account plans. Support the Solution Architecture Team in designing and delivering high-quality and scalable solutions to customers. Encourage ongoing improvement and enablement of the teams knowledge of the LivePerson suite. Coordinate with internal teams on project and solution delivery such as customer success and implementation management. Coordinate with internal product leadership teams on continuous improvement of the product and roadmap. Continuous improvement of processes between a direct counterpart in implementations.
Position is in fixed location based in New York office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. Two multiple positions are permitted.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm.

Five (5) years of experience in overall IT system architecture, design, development, and deployment experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Leading, designing, and implementing large scale, high transaction volume, and high-availability integration projects
- Architecture concepts, disciplines, and capabilities
- Demonstrating the business value realized from the visionary use of technology
- Web development technologies and practice: HTML (5), JavaScript, knowledge of SQL, JQuery, and CSS
- Managing technical projects with Enterprise level clients
- Collaborating with a clients software developers

Must have three (3) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Web development technologies and practice: PHP, .Net (ASP), Angular, and Ajax
- Mobile & Social development: iOS, Android Mobile Application Framework, Facebook, or Twitter APIs

Must have one (1) year of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Architecting large scale, high transaction volume, and high-availability integration projects
- Web development technologies and practice: SDK development
- Backend server side technologies and practice: Node.js
- Driving the implementation of Generative AI techniques to create dynamic and personalized content for AI interactions, enhancing the user experience and engagement
- Leading the design, development, and optimization of AI-powered bots to enhance customer interactions and streamline business processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions
- Leading the development and refinement of NLU models to improve the accuracy and responsiveness of AI systems, ensuring a natural and meaningful conversation flow
- Natural Language Processing (NLP/NLU) and Generative AI techniques

Experience may be gained before, during, or after the acquisition of an advanced degree.

Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a directly related field
