Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Business Transformation team in the Service, Delivery & Operations division. This role is crucial in overseeing strategic program management, process improvements, and governance for business process reengineering (BPRE) initiatives. The successful candidate will drive transformative projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Business Transformation projects within the Operations department.
Develop and implement phased strategies and adoption plans to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.
Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop effective solutions.
Create and maintain project artifacts in compliance with (link removed) industry standards and relevant regulations.
Mentor team members on project management practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide timely financial performance and forecasting reports, collaborating closely with business and financial project managers.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
Proven ability to manage coordination and execution at both high-level and detailed levels across multiple teams and projects.
Minimum of 12 years' experience in program and project management, with hands-on experience from project initiation to implementation using formal methodologies.
Expertise in project management, procurement, and finance systems such as MS Project, Ariba On Demand, and SAP.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the rail, airline, or transportation industries is highly desirable.
