Duties
- Line set-up and organization

- Participate in food preparation, working with local produce

- Participation/working different stations such as hot side, cold dishes, etc

- Cleaning and proper equipment care
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Experience
- Proven working experience as a line cook or pre Cook
- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices

Skills:
- Food handling and preparation techniques
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and budgets effectively
- Experience in team management, including training, coaching, and motivating staff members
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to provide excellent dining experiences
