Responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying business process problems, and applying optimization strategies to support business development needs.

• Extract data from WMS (Warehouse Management System), Salesforce, and SAP and perform in-depth data analysis;
• Use statistical analysis and data visualization platforms to construct integrated data dashboards；
• Employ mathematical methods such as regressions and modeling to conduct research and translate data into key insights;
• Identify and articulate operational problems and opportunities, driving strategic recommendations for both immediate and long-term business objectives;
• Apply mathematical models to improve product repair Turnaround Time (TAT), enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize performance metrics;
• Monitor and manage inventory, building forecasting models to analyze and predict consumption rates and return patterns;
• Develop and apply time-and-cost networks to plan, control, and review the efficiency of inventory management and returns processing.

JOB REQUIREMENT: Master’s degree in Operations Research, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics.
