Roles & Responsibilities: • Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms to address high-dimensional problems efficiently and effectively. • Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and data mining on large datasets to uncover valuable insights and trends. • Evaluate emerging datasets and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. • Build and own key AI assets and accelerators to enhance our capabilities. • Contribute to thought leadership by researching and publishing on emerging AI topics. Essential Skills Requirements: • Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in a STEM field with a strong quantitative focus. • Proven expertise in Python programming, with deep proficiency in PySpark. • Experience in feature engineering from diverse data sources. • Familiarity with ML platforms (e.g., Dataiku, SageMaker, MLflow). • Strong foundation in big data concepts, advanced analytics, and machine learning algorithms (e.g., text mining, recommender systems, predictive modeling). • Proven track record in developing and applying machine learning models in a product environment.
