As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the assigned territory. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 3 to 4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the IT Application Sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral
  • Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
