Position Responsibilities:

Facilitating case flow to meet maximum case requirements at stepped time intervals throughout the evening

Facilitate add on procedures in timely manner while maintaining scheduled procedure flow

Delegate responsibilities to staff members to prepare unit for following day

Facilitate completion of multiple departmental logs

Manage Productivity of staff dependent on case volume

Manage on call staff needs and facilitate calling in team members when required

Requirements

Associates Degree in Nursing

3-5 years of Circulating Experience and/or Charge Experience required

AL RN License

BLS
