Our company is seeking a friendly and motivated customer service representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and establishing and maintaining relationships with customers. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or live chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Document and maintain customer records - Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor with customers - Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex customer issues - Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and suggestions for improvements to our customer service policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
