Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives or leading strategic projects
Proven expertise in building decks, one-pagers, and executive talking points.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and judgment
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and project management tools
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development, management and communication of IFS Operations Strategy priorities
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment and progress toward shared goals
Develop compelling decks, one-pagers, and executive talking points to effectively communicate our vision, strategy, and results to various stakeholders
Collaborate with the executive team to plan and execute strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and desired outcomes
Manage the executive calendar, coordinating schedules, meetings, and events to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts
Plan and execute events, including meetings, conferences, and workshops, ensuring seamless logistics and effective outcomes
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
