Tasks
Record and evaluate current film production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
Work with various departments to collect requirements and understand their needs.
Redesign workflows and ensure that procedures adhere to industry best practices.
Assist in the rollout of new processes or modifications to existing ones.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and systems to ensure consistency and provide a reference for training and future improvements.
Identify and address issues that arise during the production process, analyze problems, propose solutions, and work with teams to implement changes effectively.
