As part of our ongoing efforts, we are currently working on a significant secondary battery factory project and are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant BIM Designer to support our BIM team in the design and implementation of a major secondary battery factory project. The ideal candidate will have experience in BIM modeling and possess a strong foundation in design principles. Key Responsibilities:

• 3D BIM Model Support: Assist in the development and maintenance of 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Model Modifications: Collaborate with the BIM team to make necessary adjustments to BIM models based on design changes and project needs.
• Design Coordination: Support the coordination of design efforts between architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
• Clash Detection: Assist in performing clash detection to identify and resolve potential design conflicts.
• Construction Documentation: Aid in the preparation of construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Data Management: Help manage and organize BIM data, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.
• Quality Assurance: Contribute to ensuring all designs adhere to industry standards and building codes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of BIM processes and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Navisworks and other BIM-related tools.
• Experience with construction projects, particularly in secondary battery or semiconductor industries.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project assignments simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the BIM field.

Work Conditions:

• Compensation: Negotiable upon hire
• Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed
