Wayfair LLC seeks Supply Chain Manager (Multiple Positions) in Boston, MA:

Job Duties: Oversee fulfillment, storage, replenishment, inventory planning, warehouse, transportation and/or network capacity planning efforts. Structure supply chain planning methodologies and set up key operating processes. Drive strong relationships across stakeholder teams to optimize cost and minimize risk, partner with suppliers with the functional category and portfolio. Define innovative and data-driven solutions to improve process/sub-process performance and streamline processes to drive ongoing improvements. Develop initiatives into mature and thriving programs across organizational functions such as warehouse operations, sales operations, international supply chain, supplier performance, inventory planning, account management, and engineering teams. Provide tactical inputs to warehouse operations for labor, storage, and transportation planning and risk mitigation solutions. Plan and manage network throughput under capacity constraints for round the year key sales events. Provide long term capacity planning guidance for network growth and new facility launches. Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define the product roadmap and prioritize resources effectively. Develop KPIs for measuring process/sub-process performance and showcase performance trends and program improvements to senior management. Mentor and lead team to achieve business mandates and goals. Position is based in Boston, MA office; however, telecommuting may also be allowed. Salary: $141,149 to $151,360 (WFMA045JV)

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a directly related field and two (2) years of experience in a managerial, analytical, or consulting role. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a directly related field and five (5) years of post-bachelor’s, progressive experience in a managerial, analytical, or consulting role.

Special Skill Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years of experience in at least five (5) of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Working with large datasets to solve complex business problems;
- Data analysis and issue correlation to generate reasonable deductions;
- Project management and client management;
- Collaborating successfully with cross-functional teams with responsiveness to stakeholder needs and concerns;
- Synthesizing multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan and driving consensus among cross-functional teams;
- Managing and developing a team;
- Developing presentations using Visio or PowerPoint;
- Microsoft Excel including use of pivot tables or macros;
- SQL or related technologies.
