eBay, Inc. seeks MTS 1, Software Engineer in San Jose, CA

Job Duties: Build and manage products designed to help eBay's analysts visualize massive, sophisticated datasets quickly and easily. Deliver clean software for exploring data, while operating efficiently and effectively so that the map engineering team can quickly respond to new business requirements. Support third-party tools and middleware, as well as internally developed applications for web browsers and mobile devices by building responsive web application Uls. Model data for relational databases and/or document stores. Test processes, design strategies, and write test cases in medium to large sized projects and incorporating automated tests into ci / cd pipeline. Telecommuting permitted - work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered, as a Software Engineer, or a related occupation.

Base salary: $187,737-234,850 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
