• Design, oversee and direct all aspects of Yacht Crew training programs offered.
• Assess relevant Yacht Crew training needs in consultation with senior management, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed.
• Design, plan, organize and direct Yacht Crew training programs.
• Develop instructional course material, manuals & question books for Yacht Crew training courses.
• Plan and conduct Yacht Crew training programs dealing with training procedures, instructional materials and equipment, and teaching aids.
• Produce organizational strategy and plans to meet yacht crew training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
• Audit, analyze, plan, implement & review Yacht Crew training programs.
• Develop & maintain course record databases; assess effectiveness of training and develop alternative training methods when necessary.
• Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports.
• Draft and implement policy & procedure manuals for Yacht Crew Steward training programs.
• Draft and implement policy & procedure manuals for Yacht Crew Deckhand training programs.
• Draft and implement policy & procedure manuals for Yacht Crew Housekeeper training programs.
• Draft and implement policy & procedure manuals for Yacht Crew Cleaner training programs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience
