Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, NV

This is a full-time role that is expected to pay a base of about $225-235k plus bonus & benefits

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the Systems and Networking teams, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
• Implement and manage best practices for infrastructure stability, process improvements, and uptime.
• Design, build, and run robust infrastructure systems, including server, storage, cloud, and networking.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the business aspects of infrastructure operations.
• Address and improve the current lack of operational processes and tools, fostering a mature operational environment.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a secure and reliable infrastructure.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing backend infrastructure, including server, storage, and cloud environments.
• Strong background in networking, WAN, data center management, and some security experience.
• Demonstrated ability to implement best practices and improve operational processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in gaming or hospitality industries preferred; experience managing large single sites or vast campuses is a plus.
