VIRTUAL NURSE ANALYST STAFF NURSE JD: Review clinical documents and understand presenting condition, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Interpret patient's condition from vital signs, lab readings, and medications prescribed. Determine the treatment needs of the patient and correlate if the Nursing home has ability to serve the requirement. Make admission decision and communicate what is required to get the patient admitted to the nursing home. Communicate through email and short messages to the appropriate client contacts. Document patient information and notes in the EHR (Electronic Health Record) system. Understand the services and infrastructure of each nursing homes. Handle priority requests swiftly and provide quick and accurate decisions. Effectively manage time to handle multiple reviews and handle documentation requirements.
