Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled GEM PORTAL: TENDER EXECUTIVE / CONSULTANT to join our team. This role requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in handling GeM Portal and tender-related activities. As a Tender Executive/Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identification to submission. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GeM Portal, tender preparation, market research, project management, strategic planning, and tender submissions.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in handling GeM Portal and tender-related activities
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of GeM Portal and tender preparation processes
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential tender opportunities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience in the paint, coating, or related industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end tender process, including tender identification, preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities
  • Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information for tender submissions
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely completion of tender activities
  • Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines
  • Monitor and track tender outcomes and provide regular reports to the management team
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tendering regulations
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to win tenders
  • Provide expert advice on GeM Portal and tender-related matters to internal teams and clients
