Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-is business processes, analyze/capture client requirements/pain areas to define solution and alternatives(this could be to-be process maps, business case, high level process flow, vendor assessment etc)
- Review proposal prepared by consultants, provide guidance by analyzing the solution and proactively identify risks and scope creep
- Present solution/proposals to customers/stakeholders, carry out benchmark studies and provide assistance to consultants in resolving complex requirements
- Stakeholder Communication and Approvals: Pro-actively interact with stakeholders and obtain buy-in on the proposed solutions
- Motivate the team by closely working with them, managing people issues and keeping attrition within acceptable limit
- Coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training to team members and ensure effective communication amongst the team through various meetings
Other Responsibilities - Collaborate with different stakeholders (internal and external) to build automation pipeline and ensure noiseless delivery while managing expectations
- Anchor end-to-end proposals, create business case/ROI and present the solution to stakeholders where needed
- Provide inputs to higher management (status reports etc) that will lead to strategic decisions
Preferred Knowledge/Skills: - RPA/Cognitive Automation assessments/consulting/implementation
- Business process automation/workflow tools
- Certification in one or more of the following is a must
- Automation Anywhere
- UiPath
- Blue Prism
- Work Fusion
- Knowledge of RPA/Cognitive Automation concepts and ROI/business case analysis is a must
- Knowledge of lean/six sigma, Machine learning concepts and basic programming skills (in .Net/C#/PLSQL) will be a plus
- Make solution proposals that show value for money and that sell. Solution champion with good articulation and presentation skills
- Networking skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Ability to communicate and effectively interact with CxOs
- Work effectively both independently as well as a member of a cross-functional team
- Ability and willingness to mentor other team members
- Willing to travel as required
