Our team is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our busy 15-bed Womens Services Department. The role primarily involves working 12-hour shifts, three shifts per week. 75-bed facility Nevada, offering a range of healthcare services, including emergency medicine, heart care, maternity care, sleep medicine, and surgical services. We are recognized as an accredited Chest Pain Center by the American College of Cardiology.

Responsibilities:
Accurately and clearly record all pertinent data on patient medical records.
Perform technical aspects of patient care according to established policies and procedures.
Ensure the safety and privacy of patients at all times.
Safely place fetal scalp electrodes when needed.
Prepare patients for C-sections safely and efficiently.
Identify changing patient needs and adjust nursing care accordingly.
Understand and demonstrate the epidural anesthesia protocol.
Provide appropriate care to newborns at delivery.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
Previous experience in obstetrical nursing is required.
American Heart Association BLS certification.
