Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and Servicing HVAC systems
• Maintaining tools, supplies, and equipment
• Performing preventive maintenance on equipment
• Following all safety requirements
• Maintaining expenses through planned courses of action
• Keeping appropriate records
• Maintaining professional appearance

Requirements:

• 3- 5+ years of HVAC service mechanic experience
• EPA Universal Certification a Plus
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• Valid DMV license
• Excellent communication skills
• Present self in a professional manner 
• Strong attention to detail
