Job Title: Oracle Case Management Functional Location: Detroit MI- Hybrid Visa: No H1B Duration: 6 months Oracle Case Management Functional Hybrid Detroit MI Client will pay travel for non locals Contract Our client in the Mid West that works a hybrid model (25% onsite) is looking for an Oracle consultant for their project starting in late August. Basically, they are going to implement Oracle Case Management (essentially HR Help Desk) and need someone with these below functional skills that has done several Case Management implementations. Collaborate with client to assess their case management processes for all disciplinary actions, identify future-state needs, and recommend Oracle Case Management solutions to address client requirements; key focus areas include: Standardize and streamline the case management process; eliminate redundancies Enable managers to be able to retrieve case details and documentation quickly from a single location; enable collaboration by multiple employees on the same case Enable ability to upload documentation Provide real-time view of case statuses, progress, and performance metrics Develop and document functional specifications based on client requirements, and design custom solutions within the Oracle Case Management framework Configure Oracle Case Management module and maintain configuration workbook Guide client through unit, systems integration, and user acceptance testing; develop test cases and scripts accordingly Collaborate with team members including project management, technical, security, change management, and training Provide guidance on leading practices for case management reporting and analytics Provide guidance on leading practice, role-based security design
