Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager with atleast 3 to 6 years of experience and proven track record in selling IT Staffing augmentation services to various corporate organizations in United states. The ideal candidate will possess a strong existing client network within the United States and will be responsible for establishing partnerships with new clients to drive business growth. Experience throughout the entire sales process, from lead generation to conversion, is essential. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in successfully acquiring new business, particularly with high-profile clients. Exceptional business proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills are required, and a solid understanding of marketing and brand campaigns is advantageous. The candidate should able to secure new vendorships with the new clients. Effective communication and presentation abilities are crucial for conveying the full range of our organization's services and demonstrating how they can benefit our clients. The candidate will also identify opportunities for cross-selling and ensure the appropriate suite of services is presented to each client. Generating revenue from both new and existing clients will be a key responsibility. The candidate should be comfortable attending industry events and conferences, representing our company while networking. Additionally, regular client meetings will be necessary to foster strong business relationships. Developing compelling business proposals under the guidance of the Business Head will also be part of the role. Reporting to the managers by provide daily updates on their work. We are looking for self-driven candidates with excellent communication skills and confidence in their abilities.
