Salary is negotiable. In addition to the base salary, she will qualify for a commission bonus up on successfully completing the 3-month probationary period. The commission rates for closed accounts are as follows: $20.00 for every part-time VA account closed. $25.00 for every full-time VA account closed.
Shifting Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm (PDT) (Manila Time: Tuesday to Saturday, 1 am - 9 am).
Must have: Sales presentation skills, C2 communication with Sales and Business Development Knowledge Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, research and networking. Create effective client presentations, sales materials and social media campaigns. Develop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand Select Virtual client base. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and continued business. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and coordinate with the CEO and/or Select Virtual core team, ensuring all terms and conditions are met. Provide regular reports and forecasts to the management team. Create weekly blog posts or articles related to virtual assistants and other related topics for our website. Stay updated on real estate virtual assistant industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities. Develop, update and follow up with potential business leads
