Project Summary:

We require a Certified ServiceNow Expert Application Developer to assist us with developing and growing our application development team to build and support ServiceNow applications in the PSDS environment for the State of Wyoming. The consultant should be well versed in PSDS, ServiceNow implementation, configuration, administration, development, architecture, and Scrum development methodology.

Resource/Service Request:

Certified ServiceNow Expert Application Developer well versed in PSDS to work with the ETS Application Development team to assist with building, configuring, and maintaining Enterprise Portal and associated applications. The resource will be expected to develop and grow the existing application development team in their skills and abilities and serve as an expert resource in the platform.

Business Needs & Objectives:

Expert resource in ServiceNow development to guide development teams through all steps of a development project in the PSDS environment
Expert resource in ServiceNow development to advise on the configuration of the State Enterprise Portal initiative
Expert resource to provide knowledge transfer and training to development teams on PSDS ServiceNow environment
Expert resource to provide escalation point support for the development team with regard to ServiceNow issues.
State Project Resources:

Various members of the development team members will be assigned to ServiceNow projects and work with the requested resource on a full time basis. These developers will be rotated throughout the engagement.

Skills:

6 years servicenow development experience
Servicenow certification
ServiceNow implementation, configuration, administration, development, architecture, and Scrum development methodology
Government experience preferred
