Insulation Installers

Pacific Ocean Insulation Ltd, located at 7451 Todd Crescent, Surrey, BC V3W 7N5, is looking for 2 Insulator Installers to work in Surrey, BC, and the lower mainland.

The 2 Insulator Installers will perform the following duties:
• Must be able to assess what type(s) of insulation will be used based on the specific needs of the area to be insulated and fit insulation around joists and studs as required.
• Must have the ability to read blueprints & drawings
• Measure and cut insulation materials to the required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools.
• Attend safety meetings.
• Ability to install waterproofing materials and vapour barriers
• Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation methods.
• Must be able to use an insulation blower and spray foam equipment


Employment Requirements

• Completion of secondary school.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or completion of an apprenticeship program is required.
• Ability to communicate in English is required
• Ability to work in very hot or cold weather conditions
• Ability to work in confined spaces for extended periods


Compensation: $28.85/hr for 40 hrs/week
