Hands-on experience in Creating and modifying catalog items in ServiceNow with complex workflows to automate various business processes using Workflow Editor Knowledge of Incident, Service Request and Change module. Perform the health scan and code review Creation and customizations of Events, Email notifications, Email Templates, Scheduled jobs, system properties, decision tables.
