TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Permanent, Full time


SPECIFIC SKILLS

Ensure transport compliance with regulations,
Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue,
Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods,
Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods,
Monitoring transport costs and negotiate transportation prices,
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations,
Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries,
Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND PERSONAL SUITABILITY

• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Experience of motivating and leading team.

• Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure and fast paced environment and prioritize tasks.

• Health regulations, safety standards and departmental and company policies should be followed in the work setup.

EDUCATION

Completion of secondary school

EXPERIENCE

1 year to less than 2 years
