Please share the candidate's location and availability with each submissio Years of Experience 13 15 Years of SAP FICO Experience Duration:4+months Job Description/ Responsibilities As a Product Manager on the Converse Technology team, you will lead the definition and execution of technical capabilities for global applications within the CORPORATE FUNCTIONS domain, primarily focusing on Finance and Procurement. This role encompasses end-to-end processes related to Digital, Wholesale, Logistics, Tax, Compliance, and Security. Roles & Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Define Epics, manage, and prioritize the product backlog on an ongoing basis. Understand current and future customer needs, define features, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer satisfaction. Ensure cross-functional teams have a full context and understanding of customers and the business environment to create valuable solutions. Ensure compliance with Converse Information Security requirements and proactively manage evolving standards. Assess the business impact of different solutions, considering trade-offs between customer needs, technology requirements, and costs. Ensure product priorities have necessary funding and review the cost of accepted features. Design and implement necessary application configuration changes, ensuring all testing, including regression testing, is planned and executed. Coordinate training and create documentation. Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications. Scale new and current systems, processes, and procedures cost-effectively. Analyse complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
