Job Description

As a Cleanroom Foreman, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced construction projects within our Cleanroom Construction Division. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, you will lead other contractors and provide day-to-day leadership necessary to direct materials, equipment, and installers in cleanroom construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include providing input on estimates, schedules, and quality control during both pre-construction and construction phases. You will ensure best practices in field operations to guarantee timely completion of projects, maintain quality control, and ensure overall project success.

The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive background in all aspects of cleanroom construction and be willing to travel as required for projects. Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day leadership for materials, equipment, and installers in cleanroom construction projects

* Contribute to project estimates, schedules, and quality control during pre-construction and construction phases

* Ensure best practices in field operations to guarantee timely project completion and quality control

* Meet or improve project schedules

* Assist with and document necessary customer meetings for project review

* Manage on-site quality control, fit, and finish

* Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities on site

* Lead job safety meetings

* Solve coordination and construction problems in the field

* Submit daily and weekly job reports

* Travel as necessary for projects

Required Experience/Skills

* Minimum of two years of experience as a Construction Project Foreman

* Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written

* Proficiency in MS Office suite

* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods as required

* Demonstrated knowledge of construction processes and job coordination

* Experience in cleanroom construction projects

Nice-to-Haves

* Knowledge of HVAC systems

* Experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or biotechnology industries

* Familiarity with cleanroom standards and regulations

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

*Pay & Benefits Summary*

$35-$40/hour plus overtime and PER DIEM
