As a Customer Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Address customer issues and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
