Responsibilities:
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Sales and Estimating: Handle inside sales responsibilities, including estimating project costs and providing accurate quotes. Capable of managing project budgets effectively.
• Sales Tracking and Reporting: Track, investigate, and report sales and estimating information.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service with clients and when interacting with vendors.

Qualifications:
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with metal fabrication processes and products.
• Understand AutoCAD Shop Drawings: Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for fabrication.
• Sales Skills: Ability to generate sales leads and develop inside sales opportunities.
• Communication: Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and vendors.
• Strong Work Ethic and Team Player: Demonstrates dedication and works well within a team environment.
