Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Provides Product Management support for broader and more complex products and features within an assigned product area or customer base. Partners with marketing research, client solutions and business stakeholders to observe and solicit feedback from consumers and clients. Manages more complex aspects of existing products / product lines within stable markets. Engages with cross-functional stakeholders and business partners Evaluates customer / market / financial data, identifies emerging patterns, trends and problems and recommends strategies and approaches for resolution. Collaborates cross-functionally to evaluate opportunities with a promise of positive product / product line impact. Recommends and helps implement Product Management's process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience Expert in SAFe methodologies Recent SAFe certifications and/or certified coach. Experience in forming and running an Agile Release Train. Experience in planning and managing work through a system like Azure DevOps Working knowledge of engineering or related disciplines and processes Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills. Preferred: Experience in telecommunications industry desired. Network Automation experience strongly desired. Experience working in an Agile Release Train Engineer Capacity USD 106,700.00 - 177,900.00 per yearCompensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $106,700.00 - $177,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
