Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in comprehensive digital marketing services for healthcare providers, including physiotherapists, dental clinics, and medical clinics.
The Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Specialists, Content Writers, and Social Media Managers. Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more. Diversified Marketing: Explore and implement additional marketing channels such as affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, and events. Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI. Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing a diverse team. Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and analyze campaign performance. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders. Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and explore innovative marketing strategies. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare Industry Experience: Experience in marketing within the healthcare industry, digital marketing agency, or SaaS company. Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or social media marketing.
