Job Description: Looking for Service now platform administrators, not developers. Managing service now platform. Working with the team and responsible for managing daily maintenance and upgrades or new features/plug ins. Various inhouse application integration with service now. Prefer to have AWS skillset as well cloud infrastructure and support at some level -EC2, S3, Rehydration, CICD Pipelines-Jenkins. Server experience- looking at servers in the cloud. Handling request from enterprise side- for example integrating service now with slack. Enterprise level support. Windows/Linux experience to support infrastructure in the cloud would also be helpful. AWS DevOps is preferred. Service now certification is preferred. Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
