We are searching for an Onsite Representative (OSR), working approximately 20-25 hours per week. Employee will be placed at our client's construction site and will be responsible for keying in worker data into our system, taking worker photos, issuing worker badges, and drug testing as needed per project, as well as other administrative functions. This position includes daily interaction with our clients and the jobsite workforce. Candidates must be punctual, friendly, and engaging. Reliable transportation and a valid state-issued ID is required. Job Title: Onsite Representative

Length of Assignment: Contract through March 2025

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:15am to 11:00am; Hours may slightly change once assigned to a project.

Responsibilities:

-Enter variety of data using our company's proprietary systems

-Prepare and sort documents for data entry

-Create and distribute worker RFID badges, including taking headshots of workers for badges

-Review and enter data updates in the systems

-Review discrepancies in data received

-Assist with administrative duties at safety orientations

-Advise supervisor of issues related to data

-Drug testing, as required by the project

Qualifications:

-Excellent typing skills - Accurately type 35 words per minute

-Strong organizational and communication skills

-Deadline and detail-oriented

Experience & Education:

-Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

-High School diploma or equivalent

-Bi-lingual in Spanish
