Oversee the day to day operations of both hospital campuses (600+ beds), one is Level 2 trauma center
Lead a dynamic team and shape the future of our pharmacy services - Direct Reports: 4 managers, 4-6 others (analysts, etc.)
Dept.: 4 Managers supervise of 125 (pharmacist and techs)
Direct the 340B Drug Pricing Program and ensure compliance across all locations.
Lead organizational programs, services, and departments under your responsibility.
Urgent care, clinics, heart hospital and separate site for a Cancer Center

Opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for pharmaceutical supply management.
About You:

Be able to do the job as described.
Hold a Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) and an MBA or MHA (or willing to obtain within 36 months).
Licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Nebraska.
Have a minimum of 5 years in hospital pharmacy practice and 3 years of director level management experience.
Possess knowledge of contemporary pharmacy systems, financial management, and regulatory standards.
