Take on any projects that involve complex challenges and network modeling
Need strong python, mysql, graph modeling - experience with graph algorithms like Diijkstra, Breadth First Search, etc. Knowledge of A* is helpful - related to graphing.
Experience on Linux and be able to handle issues within Linux.
Basic understanding of how network routers and transport work - knowledge how they all work is important.
Basic understanding of routing protocols such as BGP and Cisco tools - WAE or Cariden is a nice to have.
Sits in Mt. Laurel, NJ - hybrid 4x a week - important to be onsite for whiteboarding and collaboration
Most important is the ability to problem solve
