Job Title: Application Support Specialist Workday (onsite) Location: Greater Boston, MA (Onsite from day 1 - Only local candidates) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting business units, with a focus on Workday and Salesforce. Responsibilities include monitoring and triaging system integrations, managing email and ServiceNow ticket queues, facilitating user requests, collaborating with vendor support, and documenting incidents and resolutions. The position also involves assisting with data inquiries, system access certification, and basic reporting and system automation efforts. Qualifications: Preferred degree in MIS or CS 2-5 years of experience in Application Support or a similar technical role Strong communication and organizational skills Troubleshooting and analytical skills in a Microsoft Windows environment Experience with Cloud or SaaS applications Knowledge of Salesforce Administration and SOQL, and experience with Workday is a plus Experience in the financial industry is a plus Intermediate Microsoft SQL skills are a plus If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
