This role involves supporting business units, with a focus on Workday and Salesforce. Responsibilities include monitoring and triaging system integrations, managing email and ServiceNow ticket queues, facilitating user requests, collaborating with vendor support, and documenting incidents and resolutions. The position also involves assisting with data inquiries, system access certification, and basic reporting and system automation efforts.
