- You will have access to the latest tech being used to close in todays market. (Ai campaigns, etc.).

- Compensation: 60% of loan revenue. 1099 or W2

- Leads will be provided if necessary.

- Work at home job.

- Irvine HQ Office available for client meetings.

- Preferably a self gen LO. However, if you are not currently self gen we can set you up with new leads.

- Make your own schedule. No micro management. You are your own boss.


Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of commercial, real estate, or credit loans.

Duties:
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans
- Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information
- Review and update credit and loan files
- Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
- Stay informed about trends and developments in the local real estate market

Skills:
- Knowledge of bank lending procedures and policies
- Familiarity with FNMA guidelines
- Understanding of underwriting and loan processing procedures
- Knowledge of escrow processes
- Strong mathematical skills
- Sales skills to promote loan products effectively
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in basic math
