Job Duties

Accelerate customer adoption for Overjet by leading technical implementation and business discussions to showcase product value. Specific duties include:

● Generate business insights by using data analytics tools such as SQL, advanced excel, tableau, and looker to analyze data on claim volume, forecast financial projections, and identify provider and member-level insights to improve satisfaction and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling as well as to perform return-on-investment analysis, demonstrating the value of Overjet's AI platform through cost metrics, savings, and automation.

● Use looker, tableau, and sigma to create dashboards and reports for business reviews with the client targeted towards increased operational efficiency due to automation by showing the effectiveness of claims processing using artificial intelligence and visually presenting user-interaction patterns and other data to stakeholders.

● Because Overjet’s AI platform has been created to serve dental providers, an applicant with the required Master’s education in Healthcare Analytics, Healthcare Services Management or closely related field together with the specific experience and special skills listed in this description will have acquired knowledge of the analytics tools, programs, and techniques that these job duties require.

● Identify strategies for growth and value creation for clients by leveraging AI-based products and modeling financial business case to maximize ROI.

● Understand technical requirements and various methods of file exchanges and data transfer parameters including SFTP and Rest APIs.

● Engage with clients to understand their current state of operations (processes, integration, data), business priorities, and KPIs to design, develop, and modify specific AI-driven transformation.

● Collect and scrub client’s historical databases.

● Manipulate data to identify claims processing and clinical adjudication trends and distributions.

● Conduct detailed analysis of Overjet processed data from MongoDB to generate valuable insights for client businesses.

● Roll out, capture, and analyze NPS scores for clients in production with Overjet.

● Capture client feedback and generate CSAT score through surveys.

● Develop action plans for engineering and machine learning teams to improve processes and generate insights for product development.

● Generate business insights by leveraging data analytics tools such as SQL, advanced excel, tableau, and looker.

● Create dashboards and reports for business reviews with the client targeted towards increased operational efficiency due to automation.

● Develop presentation of summary documents and clearly communicate the value and differentiation of Overjet’s platform while showing how it solves business challenges.

● Analyze claims data to find patterns and trends and convert data from complex models into usable information that is easy to understand.

● Communicate findings through detailed reports and presentations, and recommend changes or improvements based on those findings.

● May work remotely 100% of time from any U.S. location.

Minimum Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Healthcare Analytics, Healthcare Services Management, or a closely related field, plus two (2) years of experience in healthcare enterprise solution delivery and client account management. The experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include the following:

● Two (2) years of experience with healthcare data analytics and business intelligence;
● Two (2) years of experience with business case and ROI projections;
● Two (2) years of experience with business analysis and developing technology strategy;
● Two (2) years of experience with stakeholder and client success management;
● Two (2) years of experience with functional and technical requirements gathering; and
● Two (2) years of experience with data analysis tools SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau and Looker.
