PayPal, Inc. seeks Data Analyst 2 in San Jose, CA

Job Duties: Perform deep-dive analytics on complex, multi-dimensional payments data. Leverage knowledge of digital advertising to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements. Aggregate market & product data to construct streamlined data pipelines, identify key metrics, create executive-facing dashboards, and build business cases that drive decision-making. Design the experimentation and measurement plan for various programs across multiple platforms and channels while proactively proposing enhancements to the current setup.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Statistics, Business Analytics, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Special Skill Requirements:

One year of experience must include:
1. Utilizing SQL to automate and maintain a large codebase
2. Utilizing Python to perform data analysis
3. Statistical analysis
4. Tableau, Looker, or GIT
5. A/B Testing
6. Data Visualization
7. Machine Learning

Base salary: $137,847-$204,600 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
