Job Overview


Aviate is looking for an experienced Head Of Marketing to lead our marketing team. As the Head Of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Head Of Marketing or similar role, with a track record of success in driving growth and increasing brand awareness.
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and strategies, including digital marketing and social media advertising.
  • Experience in performance marketing, ad serving, and brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Aviate and its services.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and offline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as agencies and media partners.
