We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team at Manav Management Group. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ecommerce operations. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, and related tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with accounts receivable (AR) management in an ecommerce setting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth operations and maximum efficiency.
• Oversee the creation and management of product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Analyze sales data and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement strategies to increase online sales, such as promotions, discounts, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of ecommerce operations.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain the integrity of product data and customer information.
• Assist with customer support and inquiry resolution related to ecommerce operations.
