Job duties include: Conduct financial analysis to support new investments and portfolio planning, including sourcing, diligence, and execution of add-on investments. Monitor broad industry trends, market conditions, and economic indicators. Prepare comprehensive financial reports to evaluate new investment opportunities for management, highlighting financial trends and areas of operational and financial improvement. Assess financial, economic, and business risks and recommend investment and business strategies to mitigate potential negative impacts of unforeseen circumstances. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance.

Candidates must have at least four years of experience working in financial analysis. Must have at least four years of experience conducting comprehensive company evaluations, including financial statement analysis and industry assessments. Must have at least four years of experience assessing the internal rate of return (IRR) and multiple of money (MoM) of potential company investments, including add-on investments. Must have at least four years of experience analyzing the impact of add-on investments and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) on holding company and portfolio valuations. Must have at least four years of experience preparing presentation materials for management, including key diligence findings. Must have at least four years of experience collaborating with other financial and investment professionals, including bankers, corporate partners, and management teams.
