Perform competitive research, market analysis and customer segmentation to target highly qualified, high-converting leads. Leverage data throughout the customer journey to iterate and improve on the search strategy to lift key performance metrics. Act as the hands-on expert with ownership over PPC strategy, including managing a nation-wide multimillion dollar PPC budget. Own the strategic elements that drive PPC performance and continuously optimize the account to drive down cost per lead and cost per acquisition metrics, while scaling SEM campaigns to meet marketing growth and acquisition goals. Perform testing strategy to optimize campaigns in-market and uncover new insights. Track, analyze, and report on paid search initiatives and campaigns. Provide clear insights based on the data to inform the future roadmap for paid search. Develop a thorough understanding of the customer journey and the role that search plays in cross-channel customer acquisition. May telecommute. Travel required.

Employer will accept a Masters degree in Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, Digital Advertising, Media Studies or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Marketing-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, Digital Advertising, Media Studies or related field and 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the job offered or a Marketing-related occupation.
