Survey Draftsperson - AutoCAD Civil 3D & or MicroStation - Youngstown, OH - JOB 440-24-00613

Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits.

A small privately owned survey company is a seeking to hire a Survey Draftsperson to layout right of way, mortgage location, boundary, ALTA's and topographic surveys.

REQUIREMENTS
• Associates in Drafting or experienced Survey Drafter
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D & or MicroStation.
• Experience with construction documents and survey plans.
• 2 to 5 years' experience of doing survey drafting for right of way, mortgage location, boundary, ALTA's and topographic surveys.
• Able to follow directions from associates.
• Works with department managers, project managers, and field survey crews on the day-to-day responsibilities and operations

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
