Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
Location: North Atlanta, GA (Suburban)

About Us: Join our expanding Neonatology practice dedicated to serving the needs of newborns and their families in beautiful suburban North Atlanta. Our team is growing to provide comprehensive Level III neonatology services at hospitals.

Position Details:

Team Composition: 5 NNPs, 2 Pediatricians, PNPs, and 4 board-certified neonatologists expanding to 8+ NNPs

Coverage: 24/7 coverage at both hospital locations

Shift: 24-hour shifts, 7-8 shifts per month

Support Services:

Dedicated NICU pharmacy, nutritionists, PT/OT for development, speech therapy for feeds, and NICU milk prep at both sites
Access to pediatric sub-specialists such as cardiology, neurology (remote EEG), ophthalmology, and pediatric radiology
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in the NICU and Newborn Nursery
Work at both sites for scheduling flexibility
Qualifications:

Education: Master’s Degree and/or Doctorate in Nursing
Certification: Current APRN National Specialty Certification – Board Certified NNP (cannot accept PAs, FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
License: Georgia license (or willingness to obtain)
Experience: 2+ years of experience as NNP preferred (not including RN experience)
Residency within the immediate local area required; relocation may be required
