Position:Sr.Lead / Associate Manager - Salesforce Development

Experience:10 to 15 Yrs

Job Location: Bangalore (Work from office - Hybrid)

Shifts:12 PM to 9 PM (Should be comfortable to stretch when required

Notice Period:Immediate to max 30 days

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience
  • Should be with 10 to 12 years of overall experience into IT.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in a salesforce development, Implementation and Administration.
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience with leading a team of Salesforce Developers
  • 3+ years of experience developing for Lightning App Builder, Aura
  • Lightning Components, and hands-on experience onLWC.
  • Experience with Eclipse IDE, Apex, Visualforce, Web Services, API, SOAP,process builder and VF flow.
  • Working knowledge in SDLC process, Agile Scrum Methodology, and version control software like GIT, Jenkins, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations such as with API Management tools (e.g., MuleSoft), Salesforce Canvas, Connected Apps, outbound messaging, Salesforce Events, and Apex callouts
  • Demonstrated experience with automated testing development including browser-based testing using Selenium, Provar, Copado, Accelq
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.


Job Description:

You will be part of the Salesforce team responsible for designing CRM solutions to modernize and streamline client business processes and maintaining Salesforce environments by adopting best practices in collaboration with project stakeholders, development, and project managers.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and support client engagements effectively, managing project scope, schedule, and overall quality of delivery from technical perspective
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
  • Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
  • Build integration components to transition data from local systems
  • Communicate with project managers, internal stakeholders, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on Salesforce development methodologies, deliverables
  • Able to find root causes of problems and quickly determine efficient solutions
  • Exercise best in class process control and effectively apply Agile/Scrum methodology to drive system development.
  • Perform viable solution assessment, providing industry best practices to clients


Additional Preferences or certifications

  • Salesforce Certification on Advanced development and Application/technical architect will add value to the role.
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite
  • Experience with Pardot form/template development and integration.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Product/Price book configuration experience
